I am trying to make healthy eating a way of life. I have struggled with eating healthy for most of my life. For all of my teen years I was unhealthy and very overweight. I lost nearly 75 pounds during my first year of college and I was able to maintain the loss. For some reason I just stopped losing weight and now I'm trying to finish what I started several years ago and lose the last 30 pounds. I have no problem working out. I belong to a gym and it is my favorite activity of the day. I love going to the gym. I am a workout junkie. I struggle with emotional eating and I often do what I like to call Binge and run. I eat myself out of house and home then I work out like a maniac. I recently bought myself a bodybugg and after using it for just a few weeks now, I'm seeing so many great results and I'm learning so much about my body. It is the best purchase I've made in a long time.

My Goals:
I want to lose between 25 and 35 pounds. I'm not sure what I want to weight. I will have to wait and see how I feel once I get in that range. I want to get more lean and toned before summer. I am trying to get involved with more pilates but I find it hard to squeeze in without interfearing with my cardio and strength training I do.

My Program:
I go to the gym almost everyday. I try to take at least one day a week off but sometimes I dont. I enjoy taking spin classes and total body sculpting. I also like doing the treadmill for one hour alternating between running and climbing up very steep inclines.

Personal Information:
My name is Jolene. I am origionally from a small town. I grew up in the stix. I moved to Buffalo, NY for college and I've made it my home. I bought a house finished school found a job that I love. I am a go-getter. I'm proud of all that I was able to accomplish before reaching my 25th birthday. Maybe someday I will see kids in my futurebut right now theres so many other things I want to do. I love adrenaline rushes and I enjoy crazy things like sky diving.

Other Information:
I enjoy reading health magazines, and self-help books in my free time. I'm an out-doors person, but now I'm back in school for Surgical Technology while working 40 hours a week. My scheduel is crazy and while doing it all, work, school, family, I'm trying to lose weight. I want to be at 170 by the new year.
