Hey mama!! Guess what?! I did 2miles today in 32 min! I cut off 4min from my mile in just 3days, and that's with me putting it at an incline. I must say I'm damn proud of myself---but I hurt! lol It's a good hurt though. Soo...how'd the night of debauchery go? Hopefully not too crazy.
God I'm so envious. I love doing trails. Glad to hear you are trying hard to get your exercise in. That's all that matters. We are under winter storm warning...10 inches expected to fall by morning... that's alot of freakin shoveling.
Have fun and tell me how it goes. I would kinda run down the downhills and try to sprint up the uphills, little bits of course just to get the old ticker pumping. Have fun with it and push yourselves.

Yay mommy!! Congrats on losing that pound, I'm proud of you mama.
I missed working out sunday and Monday, but I'm back to working out today. And me and Jenn are going to start going on trails on Sundays, possibly Saturday depending on what the weather is like, if not she has a gym at her complex, so I'm very excited, we're going to try some of the different trails listed on here. So we're going to do Sat, Sun & Monday, then I'll do the rest of the week by myself.
