My Journey
I had ankle surgery in June 2016. More than a year later my ankle is getting stronger and stronger.
My weight has been slowly creeping down again by doing intermittent fasting and avoiding the foods that make me feel sick. I want to start being more mindful of this journey and Sparkpeople has worked for me before so I am here again to make progress in 2018.

First goal is to be 160 lbs - this will put me in the overweight category not obese.
My Program:
1 - Daily walking.
2 - I strongly want to do BB 80 Day Obsession - need to figure out space to workout in now that my workout tent broke and it's winter.
3 - Continue with the intermittent fasting and log what I do eat in here to be more mindful.
