My Goals:
Lose the weight for myself and my two little boys!!!

My Program:
 Jazzercise 3 times a week, more water, less pop, smaller portion size, more veggies and fruits on the plate, less red meat!!!

    thanks for replying to my blog. God do I ever understand you! I have been down this road before too. We are here for each other, email or anything ANYTIME. I UNDERSTAND. That is the best thing, to have the support. We can do it. Do remember that every day is a new one, start over and do your best. No, it's not always easy!!!! We will fall, but have to pick ourselves up and do it again.
