Introduction Text As I get older, I am starting to realize just how important health and wellness is in relation to overall energy levels. I am back but my goals are different. I just want to be healthy. If I lose weight in the mean time--great. But, I'm not letting weight define who I am or how I feel. It's not just about looking good--its about feeling good both inside and outside. I stray away from Spark People from time to time and try other apps. This place, by far, is the most motivating. I'm going to try and stick to it.

To increase my activity every day and to be more conscious about what I put in my mouth to fuel my body. To be fit enough to be able to mountain bike this summer.

Starting out with Cize and walking

I'm a wife, mom of 3 great kids, and a Registered Nurse. I work nightsand this is a challenge as it is not only stressful and taxing on my body, but I tend to be sleep deprived. Work in progress!
