Introduction Text Hi All. I got married last June to the most amazing man in the world! I am a marketing director, an MBA student, a part time youth worker (at church) and most recently a newbie marathoner. Since my wedding I have made MANY excuses about the 8 pounds I have gained. No scale...except there is one at the gym. No time to work...except I am training for a marathon. I need more food since I am running...I think you get the picture. I have recommitted myself to SP and I have reset all my goals. I want to make my good work of the past year STICK and lose a few more (23 to be exact) pounds. So about me. I am chronically over extended. I love to cook complicated, multi hour meals served with a great bottle of wine. I love to read anything, especially Jane Austen novels. I am an Episcopalian (I think one of three on SP). Mostly, I enjoy life and people. I look foward to getting to know you. Thanks for stopping by! Not all who wander are lost..... My overriding goal is to shed the 15 pounds I put on when I started dating my fiance in time for my June wedding!! However, equally important, I would like to get back into a more healthy lifestyle before I get married as opposed to trying to change our behavior after the wedding.

Diet Program Calories: 1400 Fat: 47 grams (30%) Carbs: 173 grams (48%) Protein: 77 grams (22%) Water: 6 per day Exercise: Yoga 2-3 times weekly Cardio: 6 times weekly Weight Training: 3 times weekly This program was developed after a year of tracking when I lost the best. The numbers don't gel exactly with the SP numbers, but my body LOVES them!!
