Introduction Text I've been with SP since 2007. In that time I've learnt a huge amount about healthy living. I've improved my diet, increased my exercise levels, reduced some of the stress in my life and learned to deal more effectively with the stress I can't shift. What I love most about SP is the companionship of people who understand how challenging it is to live a healthy lifestyle, but who keep trying anyway! September 2019: 12 stone 13 lbs. That's one stone gone, slowly but surely.

To build a long-term healthy lifestyle. To maintain a high level of energy and a good mood. To get stronger, leaner and fitter.

One hour a day of exercise - a mixture of swimming, cycling, walking, strength training, stretching and exercises for balance and co-ordination. Eat at maintenance levels, 90g protein daily, plenty of fruit and veg.

In my 60s, married with two grown-up children. I'm interested in crafts, especially knitting and sewing. I love cooking and enjoy finding and making up new recipes. I like reading too... historical novels, biographies and my most favourite - whodunnits! My favourite exercise is currently cycling, we are lucky enough to live in a beautiful coastal area with lots of cycle tracks.

Add a Link Sue from beautiful Dorset on the south west coast of the UK I'll give an hour a day to my fitness routine and it will give me back the other 23. Seems like a fair deal!
