My Goals:
September Goals
30 minutes of activity/day
Protein at every meal
Drink my water
Limit pasta to 1 serving/week
Write every bite!

My Program:
 I drink all my water most days..I'm on treadmill at least 5 days/wk..use light weight, swiss ball and exercise band to work different muscle groups


Personal Information:
I live in upstate NY

I'm trying very hard to be a successful gardener.

I love to hike and be outdoors. My husband and I plan to buy a canoe as our wedding gift to each other. I'm very excited to check out our local lakes.
