    HAPPY BIRTHDAY emoticon emoticon Welcome to the team! I've only been back on SP for 2 months and it has been great! Everything depends on your level of commitment. I tracked my calories faithfully the first month until I got the hang of it. Now, the only thing I'm tracking is exercise cause it really encourages me to see how many calories I burn each week. I, too, am 41 and was considered obese...until today's weigh in! Mind you, I'm still overweight and have 30 lbs to go before reaching my "healthy" range....but it can be done! SP is a great tool and a great educator. Just press on, and take pleasure in every step of success (energy increase, inches lost, any amount of weight gone, and increased strength). emoticon
