I was diagnosed with Stage IV colon cancer in November 2007.
Since then I have had a colon resection and liver resection. I finished chemo on August 5, 2009. I show no signs of cancer at this time and I am hoping to stay that way. I started spark at 168 lbs before my diagnosis. I am currently 146 and would like to get in great shape and lose about 20 lbs or so. Mostly I'd like to be alive and healthy.
