It is my wish to gain mastery over myself and be balanced in mind, body, and soul. My journey through weight loss and balancing a healthy lifestyle will be difficult but I am confident with Discipline, Self-Control, Accountability, and God's Grace, I Will make it. My Goals:
I weigh 11 stone 6 lbs. or in the USA 160 lbs. I would like to weigh 9 stone or 130lbs. and have 19% body fat as apposed to 32%. I am lucky to have a motivating and supportive Husband :o)


My Program:
My Programme is Exercise, via yoga, strength training, karate, and running. I am following a balanced low glycemic /Low Carb diet to balance me out. I hope the cross-training will kick start my metabolism and I'll start losing weight.



Personal Information:
My online name is Kachiri which means "healer" or Medicine Woman. I currently reside in the United Kingdom with my husband. I am a major animal and nature lover.
My spiritual practices range from Catholicism, Buddhism, Yoga/Hinduism, and Paganism. I see God in all of this and I am completely comfortable. All preach love, tolerance, and non-harming. Peace will come to us only when we respect each other as well as our fellow non-human beings on our Mother, the Earth. Only then will hatred be destroyed and we will live peacefully as sisters and brothers. May all BEINGS be happy, peaceful, Blessed, Free and Loved. Om Shanti


Other Information:
I love books and hope maybe next year attend college and obtain a business degree. I really love animals, nature, going to the cinema as well as reviewing favourite films like Lord of the Rings. (I am a big fan of Orlando Bloom)

    I am a Dr Atkins Low Carb fan too and his ideas are helping me to lose weight, despte my hypothyroidism curse. You can get a lot of your protein from nuts, bio plain yogurt, and some vegetarian cheeses may be low or zero carb, like some regular cheeses. Quorn can be used like chicken and flavoured with different spices etc, to give variety for your main meals and TVP can be used to make chilli, curry and other recipes with strong flavours. I do not like Tofu but you could experiment with different flavour combinations. If eating vegetarian, you should take a daily vegetarian vitamin and mineral supplement, which I do even though I eat some meat and fish.
