Trekking in Alaska
I'm a Christian housewife in the frozen arctic of Alaska. Loving every minute of it, but hard to workout with the cold. I struggle with consistency, but am determined to get to a healthy weight and be a good example to my husband and daughter.

Long term: weigh between 125-135 pounds by July 10, 2014. That means lose 83-93 pounds.
2010 lost 10 pounds
2011 lost 11 pounds

My Program:
Spend time with God.
Workout at least five days a week.

Living in Alaska can be a challenge at times. The darkness and extreme cold in the winter don't encourage working out, but the long, warm summer days do. Videos and workout equipment help me get in shape for the hikes, walks, and kayaking during the summer.

There is also a second movie How to Train Your Dragon...and I have not seen it. But really enjoyed the first one.
