Just me!


I just joined because I have finally decided to take my weight loss seriously.
I am a stay at home mommy to 2 amazing boys!
I have always been overweight. But I am at my heaviest after having two kids 15 months apart.
I want to be able to be an active mom with them and show them a healthier lifestyle.
I am so excited for this journey.

 It's hard staying motivated,I just take it one day at a time.
I am cutting what a eat to half and adding more movement to my daily life. I am also cutting out CRAP food.

    Hey Kali!

    Just wanted to check in and say hello and let you know I'm still here pluggin along. Had a great run today and a wonderful 1.5 hours of karate class. Sometimes I wonder when all this work is going to start paying off - but slow and steady wins the race, right? I see you're doing great! I hope your week is off to a great start. If you don't see me posting too much it's because work is crazy, I've got a karate belt test this week as well as my 14th wedding anny. We go to Knott's Berry Farm's Halloween Haunt every year. I am SO looking forward to it since we are off the 2 days following and will be decking the house out for Halloween. I am usually on that Oct 1 but we've done a bunch of work on the house and it's not quite put back together, plus the thought of putting a bunch of tacks in the walls we had to put 2 coats of paint on (3 in places) doesn't thrill me.

    Anyway, this is much more than a comment. I just wanted to check in on my SP buddies and give em the scoop. I'm here!
