Introduction Text hey - i'm kera, i'm 33 and i have a 3 year old daughter. i have 2 jobs, am the diretor of ems in the town i live in, am a volunteer firefighter and paramedic, have alot of stressors in my life and no time to eat right or exercise........

i would like to get to 145 lbs. but i would happy to weigh a little more if i were more active and toned. i don't want to look like a 20 year old because i'm not 20 but i would like to have a better body image - esp. since i have a daughter who looks up to me...

i am starting with food and how and when i eat it. that's a good start i think. i also want to begin to try to be more active and exercise - maybe even 'work out' a little. LOL



so i just finished reading the 'twilight' series. i read all 4 books in about a week. so of course - i hate the movie. it's usually the same with Stephen King books. i feel like any writer that has great character development skills go to waste when the book is transferred to a movie - unless you have great actors/acresses and an even better screen writer. i LOVE working outside in the yard - but im HORRIBLE at it. luckily my husband just writes off all the $$$ i spend every year on flowers, soil, shrubs, etc... because nothing ever makes it to the next year. :( i also love to go camping. i LOVE sci-fi books, movies... kind of a geek. (lol) i love being in water of any kind - pond, ocean, creek, river, swimming pool .... must be the pisces in me ;D
