Fitness Minutes: 5,844

My Goals:
My goals are constantly changing, but right now they are...
1) Get back to a healthy weight (I am 5'4 and usually weigh around 105-110 but with school, stress, and and newly living on my own, I've gotten down to an unhealthy 85 lbs).
2) Maintain a 4.0 GPA (gotta get into pharmacy school!)
3) Learn to cook!!!
4) Get a body like Brigitte or Marilyn :)


My Program:
SparkPeople's calorie guidelines aren't exactly set up for weight gain, so right now my plan is to try to eat above the recommended calories it has set to maintain my weight.
This is a problem for me; I don't eat a lot of calorie-dense foods (lots of fruits/veggies, deli meats, etc).
Right now, I'm restricting all cardio exercise (except my daily walks to class). I do allow myself yoga and strength training a few times a week.



Personal Information:
I'm currently in my third year as an undergrad. I've decided to pursue pharmacy as my career of choice, so working towards getting into pharmacy school takes up most of my time.


Other Information:
I'm always up for a good (& cheap-- I'm on a college budget!) recipe suggestion :)

    I will definitely tell you how the book is. I need to finish my other one first! I always find way too many little things to do all day long and I never give myself time to actually read it! But I'm determined to finish it by April so I can go see the movie.

    I read your blog about your counselor and OMG. I can't believe that. I don't know much about it, but ARE there actions that she can take? That's ridiculous. It aggrivates me so much - when people seek help for themselves and there are still a million things in the way. I hope you find someone else to go to - maybe even report her. That's awful. I'm sorry :-/ I hope you still stick with it though. You can do this!

    Hey Girl!
    Just posted Fiesta Rice recipe in my blog. Sorry it took so long! Thank you for the message ! I'm glad that you have been able to walk a lot lately!! I need to find somewhere that I feel comfortable walking. We have a nice townhouse but not such a nice neighborhood. I probably watch way too much Cops/Americas Most Wanted type of shows hahahaha! Did you watch the Bachelor re run of where Chantelle took Brad to that Morge place and showed him the compartment he would be cremated in!??!?! I had really been going for her!! Oh well hahah I knew she was gone when that happened. The other Chantelle like with the long brown hair that told him she "loved him" first....I guess I like her best BUT I don't really honestly see it happening for him with any of those girls for different reasons. Who are you going for? One thing I wanted to note was when he went to Chantelles house they were dripping RICH and literally after being with Brad for like prob an hour her dad gave him permission to marry her!?!?!! Did that strike you as odd! LOL talk to you soon!

    Just saw you commented on the Grilled Hummus Sandwich. Oh My Gosh. That sounds amazing. Can't wait until summer! Here's another simple one for you, if you like avocado. I could eat this every day. Toast two pieces of Ezekial bread (it's in the freezer section. Spread half of an avocado over the two slices( you want the avocado to be a little chunky, not all smooth). Then sprinkle with kosher salt and fresh ground pepper. Heaven!!!! Hope you're having a wonderful weekend!
