My Goals:
For The Year 2015:
-Run One Mile
-Lose 50 Pounds
-Live An Active Lifestyle
My Program:
While I am pregnant:
Hydrate with water!! & low sugar juices, tea and low fat milk.
Add in more healthy food choices, and push out the bad ones! Instead of cutting food & calories (which isn't recommended while pregnant) I want to trade in the sugary junk for more nutritious foods!
Log all of my food, even the bad. Not for tracking calories yet, but for seeing what I really put in my body!
Splurge occasionally, like once a week. Everything in moderation.
I want to make these things a part of my lifestyle by April 1st. (My son is due March 26th). After he is born, I will reevaluate my program to meet my needs as a breast feeding mommy!

I am originally from Michigan, but have recently moved to Indiana.
I have overcome a binge eating disorder, but still struggle with overeating, and eating when I am not hungry.
I really would like any and all support or advice that you have to offer, and I would love to offer my support to those who need it!
