I have 3 children ages 3, 2 and 7 months, My first two are 14 months apart and the last one is about 16 months apart from my second. Having pregnancies and babies so close together has made it difficult to enjoy weight loss, as I always get pregnant right as I meet my goal weight...:P. This time around I hope It will be a few years before I start looking towards the next pregnancy, and instead of feeling like I am always expecting a baby, I will feel like I am expecting to maintain a weight loss, and enjoy the freedom of not being pregnant!

I am no stranger to exercise, and have lost my pregnancy weight after each pregnancy. This time it has been a little harder, With 3 kids and little time to squeeze in exercise, I have found it exhausting to try to lose the weight this go round. I have so much trouble staying motivated this time.

I like to keep track of my calories, It gives me a sense of power over my food, and makes me feel like I can control the portions rather than just binge and exercise it off. This is the first time I have ever kept track of my calories and I am amazed at all the "calorie expensive" food (i.e - little food or not satisfying food for alot of calories) I eat.

Hopefully with spark people I will get more nutrients and satisfaction form the food I choose to enjoy, rather than the food I eat simply for the sake of eating.

My Goals:
Goal #1: Loose 5 pounds, make it down to 124

Goal #2: Loose 4 pounds, make it down to 120

Goal #3: Loose 5 pounds make it down to 115

Goal #4:Loose 3 pounds, make it down to 112

Goal # 5: Loose 2 pounds, Make it down to 110 - Pre-baby weight!!


My Program:
*Eat the right amount of calories, not under and not over, I struggled with this, it used to be one or the other. Spark people has really helped me to under stand portion control!

*Do 60 minutes of cardio everyday on eliptical (except weekends)

* Jillian Michaels 30 day Shred and various other exercise videos

*Eat a small breakfast, Medium sized lunch and Large supper, so I don't binge before bedtime
