I live in the Pocono Mountains of Pennsylvania with my husband.
I found Spark People in 2012 and have found success with the help of groups and teams. So far I have lost 50 + pounds but it has been a slow yo-yo process. I am still trying to achieve my ideal goal weight of 130 pounds. I am confident that will happen this year 2020. I am more worried about maintaining my weight loss. For me that is the hardest part- Keeping it OFF!

2020 -
Go The Distance Walking Challenge. Walk 2,020 miles in 2020
Reach my goal weight of 130 pounds this year.

My Program:
 Following a good food plan that works for me.
Keeping carbs low.
Take supplements and vitamins daily.
Try to Walk 6 miles every day = 12,000 steps daily.



Personal Information:
Married/retired. Living in Pennsylvania.
We have two married children and three grand children.

    Hi - thank you so much for writing! It make me feel good!

    I kinda stopped posting on the boards - but I do still read them mostly every day. Many of the posts just seem to just annoy me and often I find so many inconsistencies it is hard to take some of them seriously.

    Unfortunately I have not been doing well with keto. Managed to gain back all the weight I lost and then some. I haven't given up (even though it does look bleak)... I figure if I did it before, I can do it again.

    On a positive note - everyone at my house (me, DH & sister) are well.
