    I SO wish I had the answer for you! I've gained back a good bit of my weight, but have gotten back in the swing of things in the last week or so. Running in the Disney half marathon Saturday...hoping that will encourage me some more.

    The one commonality any time I lose weight consistently is Spark. I have to actually USE the tools to lose weight (duh, right?) If I don't log my food, I eat mindlessly. If I don't log my exercise, I have no accountability. If I don't visit with my Spark Teams, I find no inspiration or encouragement. And if I don't look through message boards and Spark Pages, I find no motivation. So I guess the key, for me anyway, is to STAY ON SPARK! =)

    Heading to Orlando tomorrow, but I'll check back with you when we get back next Friday. Keep Sparkin girl...you can do it!

    Hey girlie! How's the weight loss going? I'd been in a slump, but I started tracking my food again this week, and I've lost 3 pounds already! Its amazing what a little thought and accountablility can do!
