Introduction Text one of my goals is to lose 60 pounds and to trim down to at least a size 12 right now i'm in a size 20 or a size x2 which i have never been this size before. i am trying to do the exercise every day to help me lose that much more and doing what i can on the diet plan to lose that much more. i'm currently 225 pounds and my goal is to be 160 or less if possible. i love cats is my favorite animal we have three of them right now. i'm currently engaged to a wonderful man who is also going to try the diet with me and god knows that will help us both. i'm currently also seeing a lung dr. because i have copd because i smoke so, i'v ask him how much i can walk and he has a stress test set for me on the 18th of this month. i feel tired allot of the time and yes i don't sleep that much either so i'm working with another dr. to see what can be done about that.

my goals are to lose around 70 lbs. or so. i also would like to see a few dress sizes down. at this point i'm currently wearing a size 2 x which is larger than i have ever been. i currently walking and strength training to lose some weight. i will be adding a treadmill around the 10th of aug. so my workout will be a little bit longer. i hope to quit smoking around the same time so that way i can get fit all at once. i know i can do this as long as i put God first and for most in my life.

God in within us if we only want to seek Him and do His will and not mine. I need to remember that is the way it works.
