Introduction Text retired in tacoma, wa, married 41 years. enjoys all water sports including sailing, powerboating, rowing, canoeing and kayaking. loves the out of doors and goes camping at our RV property. enjoys riding on our recumbant trike with our dog trotting along side. had my wake up call and i am working toward a healthy lifestyle.

to find the new me, lighter in weight, with better fitness and fewer medical concerns.

joined spark people to assist in reaching my goals. we are also members of bountiful baskets where we can pu our fruit and veggies at reduced costs each week. i'm also in a work shop for people with chronic illness.

born and grew up in the seattle, wa area, but have had the chance to live in spokane, wa, pell city, alabama, meriden and belle plaine, kansas, tulsa and enid, oklahoma.
