Introduction Text Hi fellow Sparkers! My name is Katie, I'm 28 and looking to lose 27# by the end of this year (150#). This is the highest I have ever weighed and I'm ready to start feeling comortable in my own skin again! I've gone up/down over the years and looking for this to be a permanent change. Looking for motivation and loving being more active on Spark!! March Goals: Walk at least 3 miles 4x/week Drink at least 64 oz water per day Limit eating out to once per week Start meditating Track everyday Lose 6 # (get into 150's!!) Spark everyday

San Antonio, TX is our current home Living in Stillwater, OK for my final year of vet school!! Originally from upstate NY and spent the last 2 years on a little Caribbean island, St. Kitts!
