No More Excuses!!
I am the mother of 2 lovely boys and am so excited to restart (again) the journey to lose the unhealthy extra pounds which have slowly crept back on.Here we go (again)! Here's to health and reaching goals!!

My Goals:
1. Lose the excess that is putting me in the obese/overweight category
2. Create a more active lifestyle for myself and my kids
3. Learn to appreciate who I am and how strong I am, no matter what the world may think.
My Program:
Cardio workouts 4-5 days a week with 3 strength training session a week.
One rest day (and kind of cheat day - food wise) so i don't feel like i am overdoing it.
