Introduction Text I'm back!

To become healtier. I want to get back to my pre-wedding weight of 132. I want to be able to walk the dogs without getting tired & short of breath. Finally, I want to be able to get out my BP & Cholesteral medications.

Changed my eating habits & reduce portions. Start walking around the new neighborhood for exercise.

I'm married to an Italian, who loves to cook. We have 4 Basset hounds, and a noisy parrot. My husband, Ed, has 5 adult kids & one grandson. Home is in Jacksonville, Fl.

I enjoy going to classic car cruise-ins, car shows with my PT Cruiser. I am the queen of my red hat chapter "Radiant Red Rubies". I started it in May 2007. I work as a Phlebotomist in a multi family practice clinic. I enjoy my job & the people I work with.
