July 2014 -
So sad. I'm a solid 218 and I just can't quite get out of this depression of being so big, again. I maintained so well for so many years and this time I'm just not sure what to do. Today is day 1 of a new life. I have to remind myself I have done it before, I can do it again.

October 2013
Man I've been at this for a long time... after some ups and downs in life I went from 160 pounds to 208. I am miserable! I swore to myself I would never ever go above 200 pounds again, but it happened. Now I am doing it the right way (my loss to 160 was NOT the right way)... and working out, eating right and being patient. I've lost 3 inches in my hips and waist, and am finally seeing some definition in my arms. This time around has been so much harder, but I continue to push myself and work hard for a happier Kelcie in the end.

Here's to another journey!

February 2009
After ballooning up to 218lbs from my constant 160-ish weight, I knew I had to do something. Until I stepped on the scale one day in November, I didn't realized just how much weight I had gained. WOW. I can't wait to feel sexy again... To get my confidence back and to just feel good. I love sports, working out and the adrenaline from a good hard work out. Bring it on!

Update January 2010
DOWN 40lbs! Holy crap I can't even believe it. I was able to show off my minus 40 in Las Vegas with some of my closest friends in October... I wore a SHORT and TIGHT dress...I felt great... I was able to walk the strip in heels! I couldn't believe I even wore a bikini in public.
I fell off the wagon again during the Holidays. Somehow by some miracle I didn't gain a single pound, but I can tell I definitely gained inches. Time to start anew!

New goal: -15lbs and TONED by my sisters wedding in May. I can definitely see this one happening. I feel GREAT!

Update October 2010 - STILL maintaining a decent weight... 173!!!
We have a Mexican Vacation (HOORAY!!!!!!!) planned for 10 days in November, and I am feeling confident enough to wear a bikini in public. I recently started up again exercising, and am desperately trying to cut back on the sweets (baker).

Here I am, trying to make myself accountable again!
