    Good morning! Replying to your comment on my post from the other day. I get a lot of my steps from housecleaning and just walking around my house. I found the more water I drink, I get more steps (without even trying) by running back and forth to the bathroom, lol. The rest of my steps (the intentional ones) are taken by walking my dog multiple times a day. My strategy, is that when I set a certain step goal for myself, I make sure to do whatever I can to achieve that goal. Have a wonderful Sunday, and great new week ahead!
