Introduction Text My life is in major transition! I'm a wife of a wonderful man and mom of 2 great kids, I am taking a new path in life. Taking care of myself along with my family. With God's strength I am excited to become all that he created me to be. Life's a Journey!

Starting with: Trying to understand what to eat! I'm sooo confused! Tons of water daily ~ Stretching 10 min daily ~

From a small community outside of Portland Oregon, I am realizing that being an over achiever has taken a toll on my health in a multitude of ways. Working in the corporate world for 9 years and then my own business for 12 years, I'm excited to try to simply ACHIEVE, taking care of myself. My husband and I just sold our retail business 3 weeks ago. Achieving here I come.

I love God, my family, strawberries, scrapbooking, picking flowers, riding the gondola;s up the mountains at Tahoe, Ladybugs, my childred when they giggle and interact with each other. I love a spottless house but am happy with a gently lived in loving home, I also love My amazing family, mom. dad and brother Garrett.You know the type A over achiever detail i shared wirh you... it hit him too, With two type A parents , the reality is we're off the charts! But we all love our Lord, Jesus Christ and he keeps us in line
