When I was in my teens and early twenties I ate whatever I wanted, whenever and in high quantities. I had always been really active with track, cheerleading and of course my first love, dancing, but as I reached my late twenties and now the dreaded thirties I am finding it harder to keep the lbs off. I used to be on my feet most of the day from teaching during the day to bartending at night but I traded that in back in 2008 for a desk job. Now I have noticed that since 7/08 I have gained about 25 lbs. So I would like to get back into my college body. I am not so much obsessed with losing weight but looking good and feeling comfortable in my skin. I want to get back into an exercise routine that I can stick to and adjust my eating habits so I am no longer constantly snacking. My biggest weakness is wine.

My Goals:
I want to feel better about my body and look better in a bikini. I wouldn't mind losing some lbs but my overall goal is to be healthier and to make better food choices.


My Program:
I recently started yoga, which I love. It was always easier for me to lose weight but now that I am 31 I struggle to keep the weight off. I think yoga is a new way for me to challenge my body to be its best.



Personal Information:
I grew up in a small town in Western NY and was a tom boy most of my adolesence. As I approached my senior year I started to become more girly and well now I am full blown Hollywood. LOL :) the more it sparkles the more I want it, however in the process I have become more consumed with my social life and getting together with the girls. Lots of eating and drinking have led to a very unmotivated Holly.


Other Information:
I have a wonderful hubby who tries to help me get motivated but sometimes his efforts fall of deaf ears. I also have 4 precious puppies that I adore and prob over 100 pairs of shoes :)
