Welcome back! I need to update my page, but if you read my blog you'll see why you'll see more of me on this site as well. I am not quite sure on the exercising part of all of this yet until I talk to my Dr., but I am going to be making sure I log my food and make sure I take my daily medications. We can do this! I am currently at 146.2 and I want to be - scratch that - I *WILL BE* getting to 125.
