I have lost weight and gained some back. Need to really hit my goal weight this year and maintain!

I totally recommend it! Once you control your weight you can use SMART skills in anything you want to change and take charge of in your life!

Some information about me: I live in the Sacramento area. I love the outdoors. I have a wonder husband, three step daughters, two daughters of my own, and one cutie granddaughter who is almost three! I got educated and realized how many toxins are in the food we eat and products we use. I am part of a project everyone needs to know about.

I want to be health for them so I'm around a long long time!

    Hi Kim! I'm a Rancho Cordova born Spark person! I lived there until I got married and moved just next door in the Sacramento/Elk Grove area. My parents still live in RC! Welcome! Is that a Boxer in that picture??? I've got one of those too! Whoo hoo! We've got similar goals....we can do it!!
