I have lost weight and gained some back. Need to really hit my goal weight this year and maintain!

Some things that SparkPeople and Kaiser teaches is the SMART skill.

Set a goal
Monitor your progress
Arrange your world for success
Recruit a support team
Treat yourself

More about SMART skills check out this book: Living SMART: Five Essential Skills to Change Your Health Habits Forever. Authors: Joshua C. Klapow · Sheri D. Pruitt
I totally recommend it! Once you control your weight you can use SMART skills in anything you want to change and take charge of in your life!

Some information about me: I live in the Sacramento area. I love the outdoors. I have a wonder husband, three step daughters, two daughters of my own, and one cutie granddaughter who is almost three! I got educated and realized how many toxins are in the food we eat and products we use. I am part of a project everyone needs to know about.

I want to be health for them so I'm around a long long time!

    There’s always some
    truth behind 'just kidding,'
knowledge behind 'I don’t know,' emotion behind 'I don’t care,'
    and pain behind, 'it’s okay.'

Hi Kim - thanks so much for commenting on my post about the loss of my dog, Tux. And yes, I love this photo, and hope to frame it soon - a good memory of me and my little pup. Thank you again. :)
