I've lost 181lbs so far and have 24lbs to go. I've realised this morning that this weight loss equates to two average size female mountain lions! I lost the first 170lbs in around 20 months but the other 11 has taken months
Sometimes I feel it's still an uphill battle even though I have come so far. Old habits die hard and they seem to hover in the background ready to catch you unawares
Always strive for progress over perfection

My Goals:
I would like to reach 140lbs (62kgs) by March 4th 2018.
My goal is for me to feel and look good in whatever I wear
I want to learn to ice skate too
My Program:
I've been following mainly high protein diet and lost the initial 170lbs in around 20 months but not much since
I use the SOFT approach for monitoring my progress:
Successes- what have you done well
Opportunities- did you work out, eat well, did you find you time
Frustrations- what is hindering you, standing in your way, what can you improve on
Threats- Is there anything that will stand in your way tomorrow, such as a birthday, meal out
Personal Information:
I live in St Helens, UK
I have found that I love exercise and spend a lot of spare time working out, although I do forget to record all of the calories burned!
I'm on the most amazing and exciting journey of my life that's just for me. I love every moment of my life
Other Information:
Fave books- crime and murder
Don't watch movies as I can't sit still long enough, although I have seen bits of several films never one all the way through!

Good luck with last 10 pounds! It seems the last ten is the hardest!
I have been losing the same 10-20 pounds for a very long time!
Takes persistence, change of habit and rewards of new clothes for me!
