Hi, I'm Kim! Welcome to the no excuse's page. I am a 47 yr old woman with friends and co-workers that say to me that my extra weight is because I am middle aged and quit smoking and to get used to it. I say those are just made up excuses! :) Does my body process food and exercise differently now? Yes, it does! Can I adapt and make changes to get good results? Yes, I can! I, and everyone else, can set there mind to do whatever they want. If you think about a hot fudge sundae long enough, you will find a way to get and eat one. The same goes with thinking positive! You create what you think, for good or bad so, make a choice today to replace those negative thoughts with positive healthy ones! Get a vision and stick to it no matter what. Is it going to be challenging at times? Yes, it is, but have a plan and a vision for those times. The rewards are wonderful and extremely gratifying!

My Goals:

My Program:
I am tracking my meals and staying within the calorie range required each day. I plan my meals ahead so I am not caught off guard and over eat. I drink my 8 glasses of water each day. I walk/jog 2 miles in 30 mins 3 x per week and do strength training 2 x per week. I only weigh in one time a week which, I feel is critical.

Personal Information:
My name is Kim Coffey and I live in beautiful Bloomington, Indiana location of IU Campus. I have 3 cats, 2 dogs, 1 new grandbaby and another on the way. I am 47 and still have the mindset of a 30 year old. I am single and live in an efficiency apartment about 2 miles from the city limits. I quit smoking, cold turkey, in March 2010 after a 33 year habit. I love Christ and my Father God for everything in my life, but especially for the healing that has come with my love and gratitude for them. People ask me how I do the things I do and I tell them, I prayed about it and God gave me the strength and stuck by me the whole way. I feel soooo blessed! :)
