Introduction Text I am a wife and dog mom living in the midwest. My husband and I have been married since March 2013. We have a boglen terrier (half Beagle, half Boston terrier) named Emery. I have struggled with my weight for almost 14 years. It has always been up and down, and a source of extreme frustration for me. I'm here to start my journey toward health and fitness! A few things about me: I enjoy photography, outdoor walks, a good cup of coffee, music, cleanliness, playing with Emery, good food, trying new things, cooking, painting, spending time with my husband, adventures, traveling, and DIY projects. I hate: celery, running, bugs of any kind, but ESPECIALLY spiders, space movies, and GIVING UP!

I want to be healthy : for myself. I have always lost weight for everyone else BUT myself. I don't want to expect this to be an easy process - I want to expect this to be a gradual process of making better lifestyle decisions to help myself become more fit and active. I want to be healthy for my husband. So that we can enjoy a long and fruitful marriage -together. I want to be healthy for my future children. I want my children to have healthy eating habits and I want to be the one to teach them those, and lead by example.
