I've been a member of Spark since 03~2011, I've tried to always maintain an exercise program, but took a detour for a few years. I'd plan the workout, write it out, make the promise, put it in pen on my calendar, then do it....for one or two weeks and then tuck the dream away for the next time I would repeat the cycle that led from a day to a month to a season to a few years. On January 7th, 2013 I became serious and I lost a total of 20 lbs, thanks to the support of Spark and sheer want, will, faith & determination. It was a hard but wonderful process for me, and so worth it. Unfortunately I lost myself after my best friend passed and my child left for college, the weight came back while I consoled myself with Ben & Jerry's Chocolate Brownie Fudge. I miss me, I'm ready to fight again. I am a single mother who enjoys the journey of everyday life. I love to laugh, more than often at myself. I enjoy the outright panic, fear and challenge that Jillian Michaels puts me through during a workout, I also love to run, slow but can go the distance. Well, that's my introduction, if you need encouragement, have any advice on how to put my rib bumpers back where they used to be:), or just want to shout out about reaching a goal, feel free to leave me a message. Some day I might be brave enough to post a picture, I'm a bit shy.

My Goals:
~To reach my goal weight by Mid-Summer 2017
~To complete another session of Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred by the end of May 2017

My Program:
I journal my daily meals activities & progress. Completed Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred and Ripped in 30 and JM Slim Down. I also run 3x a week. I have healthy eating habits, but I allow myself to indulge once in a while. I love sports and being active, swimming, biking, soccer, tennis, basketball, not saying I'm good, just saying I enjoy them:)
