My Goals:
I like to stay fit and healthy so I feel good about myself.

My Program:
 I play lots of sports, almost every night of the week. In addition to sports, I enjoy running, weight lifting classes and anything outdoors.

I try to eat healthy, but can fall off the wagon and enjoy a good greasy cheeseburger and cold glass of beer. I try to balance my workout schedules with my eating habits, a cheeseburger means extra time on the treadmill:)

My weakness is an ice cold Miller Lite!

    I'm soooo there with you girl my dad lived in Cincinnati for 10 years so i have claimed the Bengals for my own haha even though I'm from NC but did you see who they played last sunday? and what the score was? their not doing great this season but I'm rooting for them all the way!

    Congrats on your success! Keep up the great work and good luck! How about that Cards-Reds series? I love the Cardinals, but the Reds are awesome this year. They still have Rolen and now Edmonds, two of my all time favorite Cardinals.
