Wait! I've gained back every last ounce of the weight I'd lost! It appears that exercise is key with me. Ten minutes a day doesn't cut it. Neither does having a small plateful and stopping there. Time to up the exercise and track the food intake even if I don't feel like it.

My Goals:
To gain the mobility I've lost.
To eat within my calorie, protein, fat, carbohydrate, and fiber ranges.
To drink 4-6 glasses of water daily.
To gain wisdom and an encouraging spirit through prayer.
To be content in whatever situation I face.

My Program:
Eating purposefully.
Praying for the needs of family, friends, and others I happen to meet, as well as for my own spiritual growth.
Prioritizing my relationships.

Personal Information:
I'm a Christian mom over 50 with 5 children: One in grad school, one out of college (and back living with us again), one in college, and two at home (15 and 12). All were homeschooled from day one. I've been able to be a stay at home mom since my son was born over 24 years ago. God has been faithful! I've decided to have a go at eating purposefully and exercising regularly. I'm relying on Jesus to show me how to live and love.

The steadfast love of the Lord never ceases; His mercies never come to an end; they are new every morning; great is Your faithfulness. Lamentations 3:22-23
