    Why yes, I do use workout DVDs! It's a must since I don't have a gym membership. Since I live in Florida it's usually too hot to exercise outside emoticon So far I've tried a bunch of random ones that came for free on my TV. I've been looking for a good yoga one though, so tell me if the one you got is any good! emoticon emoticon emoticon
