    Hi there. Thanks for dropping by my blog. You asked about
    Beck and my answer is, it,s definitely worthwhile. Like lots of people, I had the book for a while and didn't really read it through. It's full of useful tools, but simply reading it is of limited use. And there are things that I don't like about the approach. But, how is doing things the way I like to do it working for me? Not so great!
    Working through the program in order on the other hand seems to be very useful. I don't think I would have done it on my own but as you can see I'm on a reboot with lots of experienced Beck Trekkers and it is carrying me along step by step.
    The identifying hunger stuff is super powerful so I'd urge you to jump aboard here and play catchup over the next week so you can keep pace with the group. Then maybe do it again later, like lots of people seem to do.
    When you look at maintainers like Watermellen who swear by Beck, it has to be worth it.
