Introduction Text I want to be stronger, more confident, and more flexible. Right now, I don't like what I see or how I feel. I lost a few pounds, but then I gained them back and added about 5 on top of them. Not being able to exercise as often as needed hinders me. I don't feel well---a lot. I have severe acid reflux and other digestive problems, and I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia and an autoimmune condition in December of 2016. At least now I have answers. I've crossed into the "overweight" range. I never thought I would be here, but here I am. I NEED to lose ten pounds, but I'd like to lose 15-20. I want to develop the necessary healthy lifestyle skills to carry me well into the next stages of my life.

1. Sit less. My desk job can lead to me sitting for 2 hours straight if I have back to back appointments. 2. Move more: Park further away at work. Use the upstairs bathroom though there is one right down the hall from my office. 3. Stretch every day.

1. Weight train 2-4 days a week. 2. Walk 15-25 minutes 4 days a week. 3. Exercise for at least ten minutes 6 days a week. 4. Stretch.

I work in education, and I love it though it can be exhausting. I also like to read, write, watch Netflix, go to concerts, and spend time with my boyfriend, friends, and family.
