Goals Aren't For Sissies!
I am a 47-year old mother of five. I have gotten to my goal weight twice and I'm almost there again....for good this time!! This year I've become a pilates instructor and finally feel like maintenance is possible.
I love finding people who are working to find their best "me" too....and who are reaching their goals, even if they are the small, daily ones. Those people inspire me!

My Goals:
1) weigh around 135 lbs & 20% body fat. I'm 5'9".
2) wear size 6 clothes comfortably - DONE!
3) exercise consistently without having to "work on it"
4) feel like I look amazing, toned, slim and confident!
5) enjoy life.
My Program:
I am gluten free and a low carber/Zero Carber. For exercise, I love to do Pilates, kettlebells, hiking, walking/working on my treadmill desk, and now I'm a Pilates instructor!
Personal Information:
I live in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Other Information:
I love to read, learn about nutrition, crochet, hang out with my kids and husband, and be outdoors - at the pool or off-roading in our FJ Cruiser. We also bought a rooftop tent for our FJ, so we are enjoying camping and hiking more!
