Introduction Text When it is all said and done, it will have been my choice to live a healthy lifestyle, or let my lack of discipline and laziness dictate my lifestyle. I owe it to myself to choose the better path.

My goals include getting fit and disciplined.

To meet my goals, I'm drinking 8 waters, logging calorie intake, staying between 1200-1600, and I'm working on making a consistent goal for exercise.

I'm a Christian. I've been teaching middle schoolers for 27 years. I'm married to a farmer. I've got that yo-yo dieting thing of gaining 5 pounds each semester and then dropping 20 or 30. Repeat.
