I love Sparkpeople. I have so many friends that have become like family to me over the years. We help to motivate and encourage each other through many things among them healthier way to do things. I'm so blessed to have all of you as my friends.

Personal Information:
I've been disabled since 1992 with back pain. I've had 3 back surgeries and most days have pain that keeps me down or slows me down. In 2017 I had to go on Oxygen 24/7. So I do tend to sit more than I should and have gotten weaker from it. I try to remain positive and get up and move as best I can.

    Thanks for your message on my page. I just love all of the support I've been getting. There is so much info on this site. I think it's great! I've really only been working at it for 2 days now and I think I'm doing ok. For some reason I can't get my tracker to show up. I don't know what I'm doing wrong. I'm sure it's not that difficult. Anyway, thanks for your encouragement and good luck with both the smoking and eating. It's got to be tough to get both under control. I'm sure you're feeling better already:) Keep at it and thanks again.
