Watching my portions and what I eat. It means measuring everything. Journaling each day and adding everything that gets consumed. Exercising/moving more each and every day and keeping track.

I have been married to my husband, Anthony, for 4 years. I've known him since we were in 8th grade. I have two grown sons, Jason, 37 and Brian, 31. I'm also the proud Grandma of Sydney, 14 and Jordan, 10. My best times are spent with family and friends. I am passionate about animals and enjoy Cali and Bailey, our new additions to the family. We adopted them from a no kill shelter. In my spare time I like watching movies, listening to music, gardening, traveling and exploring, the beach when I can get there and just being outdoors.
