Okay--so I made it through the week with "no sugar" aside from my coffee sugar in the morning (which I consider a "gimme").
LB--this mini-challenge has actually made a big difference in my life (for this week!), and that's not something I'm taking lightly. The manageable goal gave me the kick in the pants I needed to get going again. I weighed in at 168 this morning--only .5 up from my tracker. That weigh-in--well, it's covering a lot of crappy variability over the past three weeks of stress that I'd/I've been going through.
I hope you are feeling a difference from this week too!
Looking forward to hearing from you--again--I know how busy we all are (myself included) and/but I really value the contact with SP friends who are running a parallel journey to my own--at least in regards to weight & metabolism issues!
I'll be interested to see the next MC. Am hoping that it comes in at that right level of "evil yet doable" for me again!
