I am on Spark because I want to create and upkeep a consistently healthy lifestyle. I always find my way back to diets, but when I'm done, the fat finds its way back to me! And ontop of that, I've never gotten past 179 ish! And I need to be around 155/165 ish!! I want a little less conversatoin and a little more action! I am going to fit into a 2 piece in my 20's darnitt!

As I get ready for phase 2 of my life in California..I want to get there with a healthy mindset and relationship with food!

My Goals:
1) To maintain my POSE for self love in the here and now! I am not going to love me after, I will love me now and during my journey to weightloss.

2)To develop consistency

3) Work out 3-6 times a week, even if small.

4) Balance Dental School with exercising and eating correctly.

5)Spark whenever I can



My Program:
My lifestyle eating regime is a PCOS formulated diet. Basically, consume around 118 g of carbs and 1450-1550 calories as assigned by the nutritionist.
Also, get a min of 45 minutes of exercise, 5-6 times a week.

Favorite snack: almonds, and popcorn (sometimes to the point where popcorn becomes unhealthy)

Favorite Hobbies: sleeping, DANCING, talking with and making new freinds

Biggest Challenge: Consistency. Sticking to what is working !!

    Oh my gosh! I just read your comment on my page, too! You are so sweet! I am so happy if others can benefit from what I share. I always felt like I didn't deserve health and happiness...that I was born to be chunky. I know that is not true now. I have learned how to make my slow metabolism work FOR me instead of against me! I'm never going back!

    Thanks for your sweet photo comment! I'm pretty tall, and a pear shape, so 175 didn't look so bad on me. I am down to 160 now. Hopefully I'll have a new picture to post after tomorrow! :o)

    Hey how are you? Thanks for the messages on my page. You look great as usual! It is so hard to balance everything. I work2 jobs and go to school, and sometimes my time management skillz aren't up to parr. Once I get home from school and I am not interested in getting online. I haven't reached my goal yet, but I will not give up! I started fresh last week, and so far so good.

    I hope that you are doing well. I just looked at your pics again, and that black and green is HOT, HOT, HOT..... You look great. I wish I were 196!!!! I am working on it, hopefully I can join the Onderland real soon. Peace and Blessings!
