    The water works class was great for my arms but not so much for my legs. I love being in the water so I did enjoy that. And had a nice soak in the jacuzzi after. Though I felt like I had just stepped into the movie cocoon if you ever saw the movie. Though I'm no spring chicken I was defiantly one of the youngest there. Lol. I'm going to try the Aqua zumba next time.

    I can't wait to see your dress. How exciting. I'm still unsure on mine. It's going to be an intimate wedding with just the 2 of us. Though we are dressing up, mine isn't as traditional. We have both been married before so this is a second marriage for us. We plan to make it as fun as possible without going overboard. I have my eye on a cute purple cocktail dress but also a short white one that is a little more weddingish. It's so hard to choose and I have a lot more weight I want to lose before I order anything.

    Keep going on your challenge. Hope you are feeling better n rested for more :)

    Good Morning, glad you are feeling better and congrats on your new challenge. I use myfitnesspal to track my food and exercise. It's an app on my phone. I like it because it's just easy and it has a barcode scanner which helps too. This morning is an hour of Yoga at the gym and then I do the 30 min weight circuit. I like to switch it up everyday but sometimes I get really sore and the yoga really helps stretch it all out. Thursday I'm going to try the water works class for the first time. Excited about that.

    Have you already picked out your dress??? It is so hard to decide lol.
