Introduction Text Hi, I'm Bridgette and lemon is my kryptonite! If I see lemon in food(lemon yogurt, lemon pie, lemon cookies...) I MUST have it! This is my journey. Mine. I'm writing this blog to motivate myself and hopefully to inspire others however I make no apologies for the things I say or how I say them. I want this to really be about my life and in my life I'm sarcastic, caring and a little too emotional at times. I want to be myself because well, I'm good enough.

My goal is to get healthy. I know that's what EVERY person on here says but, it is what it is. I want to be someone my kids are proud of. I want to see all of their milestones as well as their kids and maybe even their kids' kids. I am a kidney transplant recipient so above all, I want to make sure I keep it healthy for as long as I have it. I know it's not guaranteed to last forever but I'd like to keep it as long as I can.

My program is TBD. I've been trying to decide if I want to follow a "program" or if I want to just follow something I put together myself. Stand by and check back soon :)

I'm 39yo and there are only 22 days until the big 4-0!! I live in the Rochester, NY area.
