    how are you feeling? still sore? take care of yourself and get lots of rest for those muscles. Hope you are doing better, it is hard to take care of others when you are not 100%.

    Sorry to hear sbout your fall. Are you doing better? Don't forget to ICE and Get in for a massage quick!!! Notice I did use some of my points to buy myself a couple of my favorite things!!!LOL!!!! I am a purseaholic!!! I am getting better thouhg, have cleaned out my closet of some of them, and have not replaced them (yet)!!! Hope you do well on your weigh in and will talk to you soon!!!

    Hey just checking in to see how you are doing. I am home with a cold today, thankfully I did not have to cancel any appts. The eating habits are getting better!! I weigh in on Thursday nights at TOPS so will post any weight loss after that. Stay on track, it iwll be worth it in long reun. More energy and feleing better in general, and thank you for your encouragment. It is always easier when you have someone working towards the same goal.

    Thanks for the recipe, I will try that the next time I absolutely have to have pizza. I went to an Home and Garden Party this pm and actually stayed away from the really bad food, had a brownie, but that was my snack and didn't put me over my calories for the day. I wish I weren't such a stress eater, i am doing better, but sometimes I eat just to be eating. Had a good day today, too busy to eat too much junk. How are you doing? Able to keep on track? How many massages to you avaerage a day? and did you know that massage work counts as cardio? It is under other exercise.

    SparkPeople is not another diet; it is a positive lifestyle change...
    Stay focused and keep a positive attitude as this will be a great help to you in your daily life!!! Smile although sometimes that is the hardest, but it really helps!!! And, if nothing else, it makes people wonder what you're up to.
    Watch your portion control. Be sure to drink plenty of water (8-8oz glasses daily) and walk. Water and walking will help you on this journey of lowering numbers and weight loss. Start small if that is all you can do or have time to do and add to it as you are able. Even 5-10 minutes several times a day adds up to bigger numbers and will keep you moving. Invest in a good pedometer (about $10) and see how many steps you currently take each day. Before long you will be adding steps just to see how many you can do and how far you can go. WHAT A GREAT MOTIVATOR!!! YOU can do this!!!
