I am now retired from teaching after 32 years. I do teach part time as a Title 1 intervention teacher around 19 hours a week. I have gained mega weight over the years. I am up to 218 and tired of myself and my life this way. The person in that mirror is not me. I lost over 80 pounds with Weight Watchers years ago and now I have gained it all back and some. It is nobody's fault but mine. I need to lose at least 60 pounds, but I am so tired of dieting and trying to lose weight. But, I am praying ...
